| FARMINGTON: 02/12/10 18:00 - Units were dispated to the Wilton road for a reported multiple vehicle 10-55. Engine 1, Rescue 1, Squad 1, and C-1 responded. Upon arrival crews setup traffic control on the busy road. Debris was cleared from the travel lanes. | ![]() |

2ND ALARM FIRE AT FMH's MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING |

| FARMINGTON: 01/30/10 05:56 - Units were dispatched to Franklin Memorial Hospital's Medical Arts Building for a fire alarm. Tower 3, Engine 1, Engine 2, & Rescue 1 responded. Upon arrival crews were initially informed of a furnace problem when fire was discovered in the attic. A 1st Alarm and then a 2nd Alarm was toned out. Crews worked to gain access to the attic and also vent the roof. The fire was confined to the attic of the building. The rest of the wing of the office building was damaged by water and smoke. Units cleared the scene in about 7 hours. | ![]() |

STRUCTURE FIRE ON BEECHWOOD LANE |

FARMINGTON: 01/06/10 14:30 - Units were dispatched to Beechwood Avenue for reported smoke in the building. Tower 3, Engine 1, Engine 2, & Rescue 1 responded. Upon arrival crews discovered heavy fire in the living room with extension into the attic of a single story ranch. A 1st Alarm was toned out. Crews quickly knocked down the fire. The fire was confined to the livingroom. The rest of the home was damaged by heat and smoke. |

EARLY MORNING CHIMNEY FIRE & 10-55 CAR vs POLE |

| FARMINGTON: 12/12/09 05:20 - Units were dispatched to the Knowlton Corner Road for a reported chimney fire. Tower 3 & Engine 2 responded. Upon arrival crews found the chimney was blocked and needed to be cleared. The chimney was cleared of the blockage and units returned to the station. While cleaning up at the station Farmington Fire was toned out for a 10-55 car vs pole on the South Strong Road. There were no injuries and crews were on scene for traffic control. | ![]() |

| FARMINGTON: 11/05/09 19:24 - Units were dispatched to the area of the Barker Road for a reported large fire. Engine 2, Tower 3, & Squad 1 responded. Upon arrival crews found home fully involved into the celler. Crew worked to extinguish the flames. No injuries were reported. Units cleared in about 2 hours. | ![]() |

2 NIGHTS IN A ROW, 1ST ALARM SOUNDED FOR FIRE ON ANSON STREET |

| FARMINGTON: 08/27/09 00:22- Units were dispatched to Thompson Walton Court in Farmington for reported structure fire in an apartment. Engine 2 & 1, Tower 3, & Rescue 1 responded to the scene. Upon arrival crews quickly knocked down fire in the first floor apartment and immediately began evacuating residence from the building. SAD9 provided a school bus on scene to provide temporary shelter for the residence. Crews went floor by floor checking for people and pets left in the building. A few residence were taken to FMH by Northstar Ambulance for smoke inhalation. Crews cleared the scene in about 3 1/2 hours. | ![]() |

FARMINGTON: 08/25/09 23:40- Units were dispatched to Church Street in Farmington for reported smoke in a second floor apartment. Engine 2 & 1, Tower 3, & Rescue 1 responded to the scene. Upon arrival crews quickly knocked down fire in the attic of one of the 2nd floor apartments. The attic space was thoroughly checked for hot spots. Crews cleared the scene in about 2 1/2 hours. |

NEW VINEYARD: 06/18/09 21:21- Units were dispatched to Route 27 in New Vineyard for a reported 10-55 car fire with entrapment. C-1, C-3, and Engine 1 responded to the call. Upon arrival crews extricated the patient from the vehicle and assisted NorthStar ambulance with loading the patient into the ambulance. Units cleared the scene in about 30 minutes. |

| FARMINGTON: 04/30/09 18:15- Units were dispatched to Poverty Lane for a reported garbage truck fire. C-1, Engine 1 & 2 responded to the call. Upon arrival crews found a garbage truck parked next to a building with the contents of the truck on fire. Crews extinguished the stubborn fire and cleared the scene in about 45 minutes. | |||

FARMINGTON: 02/18/09 09:30- Units were dispatched to the Farmington Falls Road for a reported apartment fire at the Farmington Motel. Mutual Aid was toned out to Jay, Wilton, Temple, New Sharon Fire Departments. Crews worked quickly to contain the fire to a kitchen in an apartment at the motel. After the flames were extinguished, crews overhauled the remaining rooms. Units cleared in about two and half hours. |
